Frequently Asked Question
We offers various kind of Payment Methods as shown below:

-Internet Banking E Wallets (Boost/GrabPay/TnG)
- 1 Click “Add to Cart” button on the products you wish to purchase
- Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
- 3.You will reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you dont have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed with your payment.
- You will need to confirm your shipping address on the “ Shipping Address” page and click “Next” button
- From here you need to select your shipping methods and click “Next” button.
- Next you will need to choose your payment method then click “Next” button.
- You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and conditions.
- 8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order
Login your account - Click on Account Maintenance - Edit your account information and shipping address here.
- Click on “Lost Password” and fill in your email that used to register the account in the box.
- Click Submit
- A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status. Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be canceled.
All products transaction are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM)
You can redeem the voucher code during checkout.

Shipping and Delivery
Once the order has been placed by the customer, PAULINI will take approximately 2 (two) to 3 (three) working days to process before the order will be handed to our trusted courier partner to be delivered.
- Within Klang Valley : up to 3 (three) calendar days
- Within Peninsular : up to 5 (five) calendar days
- Within East Malaysia : up to 7 (seven) days
To check on the delivery status, customer may refer to the Tracking number updated in the order details.
Shipping charges and delivery time frame may be subjected to revision from time to time.
In the event that the order(s) are not able to be processed within the time period specified in Order Confirmation email, PAULINI will contact customer via the contact information provided to notify the delay.
If the delivery of the order(s) failed or delayed due to the Customer, including incorrect delivery address provided, the delivery package will be returned to PAULINI. Any request (s) to be redelivered, additional delivery charges will be apply accordingly.
Any lack of conformity in the order at the time of receipt by the Customer such as tampering of the packaging, please contact us at 019 222 7070.
