- For product defect caused by manufacturing, we accept return/refund/exchange within 14 days after delivery.
- If you receive defective product, kindly email directly at firstname.lastname@example.org within (24) hours. Please include the order no, email address & problem in all correspondence and a picture of damaged or faulty product as proof.
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e mail within (7) seven days. However, it may take up to 14 days to complete during peak times. If you are entitled to return or refund, we will refund your purchase price and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- The return product must be in its original packaging, must not have been worn, used or altered in any possible way. If the returned product is used, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except if the defect is caused during manufacture.
- PAULINI will not be responsible for refunding an untraceable or lost package item(s).
- Refunds are for the cost of products only. Shipping and handling charges are Not refundable.
- Alternatively, customer can return/exchange the defective products to our registered address at No. 21, Jalan SP 10/8, Bandar Saujana Putra, 42610, Jenjarom, Selangor.
