This website is owned by Paulini Heritage Craft. The term ‘Paulini” or “We” or “Our” refers to the owner of the website. By accessing this website, ordering product and/or to be legally bound by these web terms.

If you do not accept these web terms and/or the additional terms, please leave the site and discontinue using our service immediately.

Paulini reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page without prior notification. Please read this page everytime you enter into this websiteso that you are aware of any Terms and Conditions changes.
Product Care and Maintenance
For our pewter metal we use Rhodium and Gold plating so that it gives a long shine. To prevent from being tarnish, just keep your products clean and Do Not expose it to any direct chemicals, especially perfumes, lotions, etc.
Logistic Partner
We used  Ninja Van as our Logistic Partner for goods shipping.
  1. Delivery for West Malaysia: 2 to 3 days
  2. Delivery to East Malaysia: 5 to 7 days
  3. For International shipping, we used DHL Logistic as our shipping partner. Delivery is 5 to 10 working days (base on location}
  4. Our shipping rates:
  •  RM 10 for West Malaysia
  • RM 20 for East Malaysia
  • For International shipping is subject to location & weight
  1. We provide free shipping for purchases above RM 200 and above (within Malaysia only)
Return and Exchange Policy
  • For product defect caused by manufacturing, we accept return/refund/exchange within 14 days after delivery.
  • If you receive defective product, kindly email directly at lini7070@yahoo.com within (24) hours. Please include the order no, email address & problem in all correspondence and a picture of damaged or faulty product as proof.
  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e mail within (7) seven days. However, it may take up to 14 days to complete during peak times. If you are entitled to return or refund, we will refund your purchase price and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • The return product must be in its original packaging, must not have been worn, used or altered in any possible way. If the returned product is used, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except if the defect is caused during manufacture.
  • PAULINI will not be responsible for refunding an untraceable or lost package item(s).
  • Refunds are for the cost of products only. Shipping and handling charges are Not refundable.
  • Alternatively, customer can return/exchange the defective products to our registered address at No. 21, Jalan SP 10/8, Bandar Saujana Putra, 42610, Jenjarom, Selangor.
